Stayed in extremely spacious room with shower, microwave and fridge and microwave. Could use a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets in the bathroom.

Incredible location next to a bus station, port and all interesting places and shuttle buses, everything perfect. The staff was very amiable. Had early check in, we loved it. This place had a quiet atmosphere. Overall experience was such great.

apartment's room was large with fridge. short distance to pirates cove where we could eat - just 400 metres. furthermore, it was so close to tulum, beach, boulevard and bus, and including collectivos round the corner.

Bed is comfortable with hypoallergenic pillows, more than enough. Its bathroom has a shower, a hair dryer and bath sheets.

The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and helpful, offering a variety of delicious breakfast options. The location was perfect, with key attractions and the beach within walking distance.
There were a few drawbacks during my stay. The room description was misleading, with several promised amenities missing.

Convenient location near bus station, 5th Avenue, plaza, and ferry. Clean and cozy rooms with cold a/c, strong WiFi, and comfortable bed. Functional plumbing. Great value for money.

Stayed at Roberto for a week and had a great experience. The location is perfect, close to tourist attractions and the beach. The staff, although faced with challenges, were helpful and provided clean bedsheets and cutlery. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, refrigerator, and microwave. Fresh water was also provided. Lots of low-price food options nearby. Definitely recommend!
Would recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was absolutely amazing, just a few minutes away from the beach, restaurants, and bars. Roberto, the host, was extremely helpful and always available whenever we needed assistance. The rooms were cleaned daily and the breakfast included was delicious. For the price, we felt it was a great value, especially considering the prime location. We also felt safe and secure throughout our stay.

our stay in playa del carmen was amazing! roberto went above and beyond to make sure our anniversary trip was perfect. the location was ideal, just a short walk to all the attractions. the room was spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. the breakfast options were plentiful and delicious.

The value for money at this hotel was amazing, especially considering the comfortable and cozy room. The location was quiet yet also conveniently close to everything we needed, including transportation and local establishments. The staff, including Roberto, were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay.
